Room Room by Takeshi Hosaka

This house is minimalist, sleek, clean and is a model of modern suburban living.  Its design centers on the many strategically placed windows that make it possible for a family to communicate throughout the space.  Design with thoughtful intent and function allowed this home to have a heart.

Almost a hundred small square windows scattered across the walls, ceilings and roof of a house in Tokyo allow its occupants, a deaf couple and their children, to sign to each other through the walls even when the children are playing outdoors.
